Personal data processing policy


This document is the fulfilment of the information requirements imposed on the Data Controller by Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

The data are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection of 27 April 2016 for the purpose of direct contact with the client and performance of the contract for the provision of legal services.


Providing data - including the data in the contact form is voluntary - and necessary to achieve the above mentioned purpose. The Administrator may process such personal data as name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number or IP address.


The controller does not make the data available or transfer it to a third country/international organisation. Personal data is/are not subject to automated processing, including profiling.


Personal data shall be processed for a period of time appropriate for the proper performance of the obligations or, in the case of a contract for a fee, for the period resulting from accounting regulations. After this time, personal data shall be deleted unless processing is necessary on another legal basis.


Personal data may be provided to the extent necessary to the accounting entity and state authorities in accordance with the applicable regulations.


The data subject is entitled:

  • to have access to his or her data
  • withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data
  • their correction, rectification, removal
  • restrictions on processing, transfer
  • to submit a complaint with the supervisory authority
